Mesotherapy injection gun i.e derma shine pro special for hyaluronic acid, exosomes and Vitamine injection. According to beauty serum treatment purpose to get skin lighting, hydrating, pigment remove and wrinkle remove treatment. Sensor setting on handle and machine body. Once needle touch skin will cause sealing circulation and tansfer information to vacuum motor. And then motor cause vacuum suction to slightly lift skin up and control needle insert. After releasing beauty serum the vacuum will release and then needle pulling out. By this method beauty serum all stay at deeper skin and avoid deeper skin damage.

Mesotherapy injection gun consumables
The multi needle and filter are consumables, we recommend change it for each client use. Besides, the plastic tube connect needle and filter not consumable, but will become dirty after using. If could clean for next usage is good, if not recommend exchange it as well.
9pin needle for mesotherapy gun
In usually use adjustable 32G 9pin needle. some settle length crystal 9pin needle and 34G 9pin needle also widly use. 32G and 34G without big difference. The settle length 1.0mm or 1.3mm more suitable for hair scalp injection or very sticky serum use. Because all sealing which means no leakage, machine usually cause deeper skin damage and stronger painful. So mostly still recommend use adjustable version.
Filter
The filter install between needle and injection gun, using to prevent dirty come to machine inside. Following injection, vacuum suction air carry blood and dirty dosage into deep machine, most serum have corrosiveness. Use serum ensure machine more durable and avoid cross infection.
The left blue filter have biggest connection tube, right blue filter have smaller connection tube. In general derma shine pro using middle green one, also fit with right blue one.
Installation and setting
Installing needle should pushing it a little harder to the buckle until hear the buckle fitting voice. Between needle and machine vacuum tube should install filter to prevent dirty liquid into machine. For cheek injection use 1.2-1.3mm, very thick skin could use 1.4mm. Forhead 1.1mm enough. For hair scalp injection setting 1.0-1.2mm.
Vacuum starting from level 3. Auto-sensor version and continuous model.
Leakage
In general mesotherapy gun do not cause leakage. If needle and installation do not seal well easy to cause dosage leaking, especially using cheap needle. Each time injection have to ensure needle length over 1.0mm, or also cause leakage because needle nozzle inside plastic cover do not really into skin.
